Do you need your own bike?

Bikes are provided and included in the cost of the sessions, you are welcome to use your own bike if its suitable, this will be decided by the coach on the day of training.

Do you need your own helmet?

Helmets are provided and included in the cost of the sessions, you are welcome to use your own helmet (full face) if its suitable, this will be decided by the coach on the day of training.

What should you bring with you to a session?

All riders must be dressed in long sleeve top and bottoms as well as wearing full finger gloves. We would also recommend that you bring water and a snack.

Do you need additional protective equipment?

Knee and elbow pads as well as full body protection is recommended but not essential, we have knee and elbow pads that riders can borrow for sessions.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions run from Kenton recreation ground 39A Carlton Ave, Harrow HA3 8AX.

Will sessions be cancelled due to bad weather?

A decision will be made on the morning of. If sessions are likely to be cancelled, we will be putting out a post via social media. Alternatively contact the coaches directly.
